Agreement to terms

By downloading or using Photos to PDF, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Changes and availability

We may update these terms or modify/suspend the app at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Subscriptions and payments

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Upon renewal, your account will be charged the same amount for the same duration.
• The Lifetime purchase does not renew and grants access indefinitely.
• Prices may change. If they do, you will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Cancellation

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

Refunds

• All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app to store or share illegal content, infringe others’ rights, impersonate others, send spam, introduce malware, or interfere with the app’s operation. Automated access (bots, scrapers) is not allowed.

Electronic communications

Communications sent through the app may be public. Use them only for their intended purpose. Notices we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the app. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. Do not copy, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works from the app or its content.

Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or that issues will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DIGISET LLC harmless from claims arising from your Content, your use of the app, or your violation of these terms or others’ rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.

General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and DIGISET LLC regarding app use. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
